Ingredients
1 pt. unsweetened canned orange juice
2 Tbs. chopped mint
Soda water
1/4 pt. lime juice cordial
Mint and orange slices to garnish
2 oz. caster sugar
Directions
Mix the orange juice, lime cordial and sugar and stir to dissolve.
Add the chopped mint and chill for an hour.
Strain and dilute half and half, or to taste, with soda water.
Ice cubes are an optional extra.
Decorate with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of fresh orange.
