Orange Jelly Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon flake agar (buy at drug store)
Mix:
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Soak in 2 cups cold water for 5 minutes, then boil in covered saucepan until clear and agar dissolved.
Mix juices and sugar and add to hot, clear liquid.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into individual sherbet glasses and allow to set at room temperature, then chill before serving.
Delicious tender jelly.
