Orange Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Oranges | 2 | |
| Agar agar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Barbados sugar - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Water | 1/2 Pint | |
| Nut cream - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Almonds - a few, chopped | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Wash the oranges.
2. Wet the mould with butter.
MAKING
1. In a bowl, grate the rind of one orange.
2. Mix the juice with agar agar, adding the sugar and half the quantity of boiling water.
3. In a mixer, add the remaining quantity of water and nut cream. Churn it.
4. Add the above ingredients to the mixture of agar agar and grated orange.
SERVING
5. Pour into a wetted mould (or small dishes).
6. Decorate Orange Jelly with thin slices of orange and chopped almonds.
