Orange Honey Cubes Recipe
|White bread loaf||1 , unsliced (Day Old)|
|Light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon, undiluted|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

2. Cut crust from top and sides of bread. Cut bread lengthwise almost through to bottom crust, then cut crosswise to form 8 cubes.
3. Combine sugar, cinnamon, orange juice, honey, melted butter and nuts. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture over bread, letting some run down into cubes and over top. Tie loosely with a string.
4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove string and serve warm.
