Orange Honey Chicken Recipe
Orange honey chicken is a flavorful and peppy broiled chicken recipe. Prepared with a marinade of lemon juice and honey, it is fruited with orange peel and flavored with a dash of garlic powder. Cooked with a baste of lemon-honey mix, it is served fresh and delicious!

| Orange peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Fryer chicken | 3 pound | |
Directions
To make marinade: In 12- by 8-inch baking dish, stir together juice, lemon juice, honey, orange peel, garlic powder and pepper.
Add chicken to marinade, turning to coat.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Arrange chicken on rack in broiler pan; broil 6 inches from heat 35 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, basting chicken with marinade and turning occasionally.
