Orange Herb Sauce Recipe
Orange herb sauce is a flavorful fruit sauce. Stunningly easy to prepare, this non cooked sauce is made with pineapple orange juice and water. Infused with orange peel, basil for flavor and spiced with chili powder and garlic, the sauce is thoroughly stirred to blend and can be used with meats of choice.
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen Pineapple Orange
Juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon each dried basil and mint leaves
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Stir until blended.
