Orange Hazelnut Blueberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Or bread flour | 3 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange peel | 1 Tablespoon, finely shredded | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Blueberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Toasted hazelnuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tsp. bread machine yeast or active dry yeast | ||
Directions
1. Add the ingredients to bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select light setting, if available. If desired, when bread is cool, drizzle loaf with Orange Icing.
