Orange Ham Slice Recipe
Would you like to taste the best ever orange ham slice? Orange ham slice goes perfectly as main dish. No other ingredient will make orange ham slice taste so awesome than pork. My friends tried this orange ham slice the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more?
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
2 center slices ham, 1/2 inch thick
4 oranges: 3 sectioned and 1 juiced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt and fresh pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet.
When hot, saute ham on both sides until brown.
Remove and keep warm on a platter.
Add orange sections to fat in the pan and heat for 2 minutes.
Remove to platter with ham.
Mix together the orange juice, mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar.
Add to pan and cook until reduced to half.
Season to taste.
Arrange oranges on top of ham, and pour the few tablespoons of Sauce Over.
