Orange Halibut Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 16-ounce package frozen halibut fillets, thawed | ||
| 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 4 thin orange slices | ||
Directions
Cut fish into 4 portions; place in shallow pan.
Mix concentrate, next 3 ingredients, 1/2 cup water, and 3/4 teaspoon salt; pour over fish.
Marinate 30 minutes; turn once.
Remove fish; reserve marinade.
Place fish on well-greased broiler pan.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes.
Turn; broil till fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Baste with reserved marinade.
