Orange Glazed Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 pound boned and rolled pork roast
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
Mix marmalade and vinegar; heat in Radarange oven 1 minute.
Cut 4 inch wide strips of foil wrap.
Wrap around the ends of the roast, patting all edges smooth.
Place pork roast on rack in 2 quart oblong pan.
Cook in oven 7 to 10 minutes depending on size of pork roast.
Remove foil covers from roast ends.
Brush top with orange glaze.
Turn dish 180°.
Cook in oven 7 to 10 more minutes.
Turn roast over; baste; cook 7 to 10 minutes.
Check internal temperature of roast with meat thermometer.
Pork is done at 170° internal temperature.
If more time is needed, turn dish 180° and baste roast.
Cook 7 to 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven; insert meat thermometer, cover with foil.
Let stand 10 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 170°.
