Orange Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange marmalade | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Trim fat from chops.
Heat fat in skillet; when you have about 1 tablespoon melted fat, remove trimmings.
Brown chops on both sides in hot fat; season with salt and pepper.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
Cover; simmer 50 minutes or till chops are doneāno pink.
Remove chops to warm platter.
Bring sauce to boiling; spoon over chops.
