Orange Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange marmalade | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In skillet, brown chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat; season with salt and pepper.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
Cover; simmer 45 to 50 minutes, or till chops are done.
Remove chops to warm platter.
Bring sauce to boiling; spoon over chops.
