Orange Glazed Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 12 Ounce, peeled | |
| Stock | 1/2 Pint | |
| 1 tsp brown sugar, knob of butter | ||
| 1 tbsp orange juice, cornflour to thicken | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, add the quartered onions and stock and allow to boil for twenty minutes
2. Let the liquid reduce to half, add butter, sugar and orange juice and cook for another five minutes
3. Add cornflour to thicken a little
SERVING
4. Serve as required
