Orange Glazed Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 Cup Water 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 1/2 Cups Sliced Carrots | ||
| 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Orange Juice | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 Medium Orange, Diced Or Sectioned | ||
Directions
1. Bring salted water to boil. Add carrots; cover and cook until barely tender.
2. Drain the liquid into measuring cup. Add orange juice. Add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid.
3. Remove carrots from pan.
4. In saucepan mix liquids with cornstarch. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear.
5. Add margarine, carrots, and oranges; heat through.
