| Cornstarch | 10 Milliliter | |
| Carrots - 1 kg, sliced 1 cm (1/2-inch) thick | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a 2 L (8 cup) casserole, and mix juice, honey, butter, lemon peel, salt and nutmeg.
2) Add in cornstarch and stir. Mix until well blended.
3) Add in the carrots, and stir. Cover the casserole with lid.
4) IF COOKING BY AUTO SENSOR: Microwave on COOK A5. When the time appears in display window, stir once.
IF COOKING BY TIME: Microwave at HIGH 7 for to 9 minutes; stir once.
5) Allow it to stand covered for 3 minutes.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
