Directions
1) Cook Beets in their own liquid.
2) Take a small saucepan and melt butter in it.
3) Take if off from heat and then mix in flour, brown sugar and orange juice.
4) Place the mixture back to heat and thicken it by stirring constantly.
5) Drain the liquid from Beets and pour over the sauce.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
