Directions

Place butter in large mixing bowl, melt in Radarange oven 30 seconds; cool.
Beat in egg and sugar until well blended.
Sift together dry ingredients; stir in grated peel.
Mix together liquid ingredients.
Add liquid alternately with dry ingredients to butter mixture.
Blend well.
Turn batter into sprayed 9 inch round cake dish.
Cook in oven 4 1/2 minutes, turn dish a quarter turn every 1 1/2 minutes.
Done when wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
