Orange Ginger Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Marinade | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange marmalade | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 boneless pork sirloin chop | ||
| 1 inch thick | ||
Directions
For marinade: Stir together orange juice, soy sauce, orange marmalade, ginger, onion powder and garlic powder.
Place chops in large plastic bag or in baking dish.
Add marinade.
Secure bag or cover dish.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove chops and reserve marinade.
In small saucepan heat marinade to boiling.
Set aside.
Place chops on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake in preheated 350°F convection oven on rack #2 or #3 offset for 25 to 30 minutes (or bake in preheated 350°F radiant bake oven 35 to 40 minutes) or until pork no longer is pink, turning and brushing once with marinade.
Arrange chops on platter.
Garnish with green onion fans, if desired.
Pass warm plum sauce with chops, if desired.
