Directions

Soak gelatine in water for five minutes.
Add boiling water, sugar and salt.
Stir until gelatine and sugar are dissolved.
Add juices.
Rinse a jelly mould or an aluminium bowl with cold water.
Pour about four tablespoons gelatine mixture into the mould and leave to set in the refrigerator.
Arrange orange sections on the set jelly.
Pour some gelatine mixture.
Place again in the refrigerator to set.
Pour the remaining gelatine mixture in the mould when fruits are set.
Leave in the refrigerator for three to four hours.
Unmould before serving.
