Orange Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 or 4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 1 cup whipping cream, whipped stiff | ||
Directions
Mix egg yolks, sugar, and orange juice in top of double boiler.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 15 min.).
Stir in orange rind.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
