Directions
1. In a saucepan, pour water, add sugar and cornstarch, cook on medium heat until it comes to a simmer and the mixture thickens, whisking continuously.
2. Add egg yolks, one at a time, whisking continuously, orange zest, orange juice and butter, allow to simmer again, turn off the heat.
3. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool for 30 minutes, once it reaches room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
SERVING
4. Serve in beautiful dessert glasses with orange blackcurrant scones.
