Orange Cumin Tuna Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin Dash salt | ||
| Orange juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nonstick spray coating | ||
| 4 tuna or swordfish steaks, cut 1/2 inch thick | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
For sauce, in a small saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, cumin, and salt.
Stir in orange juice.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Cover to keep warm while cooking fish.
Spray the cold rack of an unheated broiler pan with nonstick coating.
Place fish on the rack.
Brush fish with the oil.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 to 6 minutes or till fish are done.
