Ingredients

 
2 Boxes 12 oz. Nilla Wafers - Crushed
 
1 Stick Soft Butter or 8 tbsp
 
1 C Powdered Sugar
 
3/4 C or 1 - 12 oz. Can Orange Juice from Concentrate -Thawed
 
1 Bag Shredded Coconut

Directions

1. Set out butter to soften and orange juice to thaw.
2. Place nilla wafers in gallon ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin or hammer. Crush enough to make 5 cups.
3. Place the crumbled nilla wafers into a big bowl and add the butter. 4. Mix and press that together first with a fork and then add the powdered sugar and orange juice.
5. Mix together until a nice dough consistency. Make walnut sized balls and then roll in the coconut.
6. Place in air tight container and let the cookies chill or refrigerate them.
7. Orange crush cookies are ready.

How many cookies does 1 recipe make? Saying this makes 4 servings is a ridiculous measure. I am guessing that you can get approximately 24 to 30 cookies? Has anybody made these?
