| 15 ml unflavoured gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 60 Milliliter | |
| Orange juice | 250 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 10 Milliliter | |
| Granulated Sugar | 125 Milliliter | |
| Whipping cream | 180 Milliliter | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Soak gelatin in cold water to soften.
MAKING
2) In a saucepan, keep the gelatin and heat until it melts.
3) Pour in lemon juice, orange juice, sugar let it boil and then remove it from heat.
4) Allow the gelatin mixture to cool until thick but not set.
5) Beat cream and stir into orange.
6) In a mould, pour the mixture and chill until set.

7) Unmold and serve.
