Ingredients

 15 ml unflavoured gelatin
 Cold water60 Milliliter
 Orange juice250 Milliliter
 Lemon juice10 Milliliter
 Granulated Sugar125 Milliliter
 Whipping cream180 Milliliter

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Soak gelatin in cold water to soften.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, keep the gelatin and heat until it melts.
3) Pour in lemon juice, orange juice, sugar let it boil and then remove it from heat.
4) Allow the gelatin mixture to cool until thick but not set.
5) Beat cream and stir into orange.
6) In a mould, pour the mixture and chill until set.

SERVING
7) Unmold and serve.
