Orange Cream Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Peach | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 2 medium firm bananas, sliced | ||
| Apple | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Instant vanilla pudding mix package | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate | ||
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes.
Add sour cream; mix well.
Spoon over fruit; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
