Directions
1.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
MAKING
2.Place the pork ribs in a baking dish and top them up with rest of the ingredients.
3.Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
4.Take out of the oven once the pork is tender.
5.Reduce the leftover liquid and meat juices in the pan, by half and strain.
6.This liquid will serve as the sauce.
SERVING
7. Arrange the tender pork ribs on a serving platter, and pour the sauce over them.
