Orange Cottage Cheese Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin 3/4 Cup Cold Water 1 1/2 Cups Orange Juice | ||
| 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice (Optional) 1 1/2 Cups Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, Small Curd 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Crushed Pineapple, Drained 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise | ||
Directions
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan. Place over low heat, stir constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
2. Add other ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
3. Pour into oblong pan or 8 individual molds. Chill until set.
