Orange Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pkg. orange muffin mix | ||
| 2 tbsp. pineapple preserves | ||
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Prepare the muffin mix according to package directions and pour into a greased 8-inch round pan.
Spread preserves over batter.
Combine the sugar and flour in a bowl and cut in the butter until mixture is consistency of crumbs.
Stir in the walnuts and sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
Serve warm.
