Orange Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
Directions
Melt butter in 8x1 1/2-inch round baking pan.
Stir in sugar, orange juice concentrate, and cinnamon.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Separate biscuits; arrange biscuits atop nuts.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool 1 minute.
Invert onto serving plate; serve warm.
