Orange Chocolate Chip Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon grated fresh orange peel
3 cups all purpose biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup HERSHEYdS MINI CHIPS® Semi Sweet Chocolate
Directions
Combine milk, orange juice, sugar, egg and orange peel in small bowl.
Place baking mix in medium mixing bowl.
Stir milk mixture into baking mix, beating until well combined, about 1 minute.
Stir in Mini Chips®.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
Slice and serve.
To store leftovers, wrap in foil or plastic wrap.
