Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Lightly butter your baking pan.


MAKING
3 Sift the flour in a bowl.
4 Add in the salt and baking powder and mix.
5 In a bowl, blend the butter ith powdered sugar and vanilla extract until you get the creamy texture.
6 Add the egg to the butter mixture.
7 Gradually add in the heavy cream, the orange juice and the zest to the butter mixture.
8 Slowly fold in the flour into the butter miture mixing well.
9 Add the chocolate chips at this stage.
10 Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and even it out with a spatula.
11 Bake the cake for 50 minutes or until done.
12 Insert a knife in the center of the cake to ensure its done. The knife should come out clean.

SERVING
13 Cut into slices and serve.
