Orange Chicken With Oriental Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 boneless whole chicken breast (8 to 10 oz.) skin removed, cut into 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Orange peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine chicken, oil, garlic and orange peel.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Remove chicken from casserole.
Set aside.
Reserve cooking liquid in casserol
Cover.
