 1 boneless whole chicken breast (8 to 10 oz.) skin removed, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Orange peel1/4 Teaspoon, grated
 Bean sprouts1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), sliced

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine chicken, oil, garlic and orange peel.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Remove chicken from casserole.
Set aside.
Reserve cooking liquid in casserol
