Ingredients

 
*1-2 lbs Chicken Breast
 
*1/2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
 
*1/2 Teaspoon Dry Sherry
 
*1 Clove Garlic, Minced.
 
*1 Slice Ginger, Minced
 
*1/3 Cup Orange Juice
 
*1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
 
*1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
 
*2 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
 
*1 Red Chili Pepper, Chopped

Directions

Start with cutting 4 chicken breast into 1" cubes.

Transfer the chicken into a bowl and pour the dry sherry and the corn starch.

Marinate it for 1 hour.

Sauce direction

Mince 1 clove garlic and 1 slice of ginger.

Combine 1/3 cup orange juice, sesame oil, brown sugar dark soy sauce.
Then chop one red chili pepper and toss it in.

When you are ready to cook, heat up a large pan and heat up oil.

Quickly saute the garlic and ginger. Once this is done, add the chicken and fry them all.

When the chicken is done, push the chicken to the sides of the pan and pour the orange juice mixture.

Cook it for a minute or so and the chicken is done.

Serve it with rice.
