Orange Cheese Filled Pancakes Recipe
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen florida orange juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced pepper red||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Sour milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted shortening||6 Tablespoon|

Sift the flour, baking powder, remaining salt and sugar together.
Beat eggs well in a bowl.
Combine the sour milk and soda.
Add to eggs and mix well.
Stir in the shortening.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot griddle to make 8 pancakes, 6 inches in diameter.
Cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Spread orange filling generously between pancakes in stacks of 4 high.
Slice stacks into quarters and serve immediately.
