Orange Charlotte Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 tablespoons gelatine (1 package)
1/3 cup cold water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup white sugar
Directions
Soak gelatine in cold water, dissolve in boiling water.
Add sugar, lemon and orange juice (and rind).
Chill in pan of ice water.
When quite thick beat and add: White of 3 eggs, beaten stiff.
Whipped cream may also be added.
Chill.
