Orange Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange peel | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or brandy | ||
Directions
In a mixing bowl, blend butter, sugar, orange peel, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier.
Butter each crepe with this mixture.
Fold crepes into quarters.
In a large, buttered skillet over low heat, warm crepes to serving temperature.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
