Directions

MAKING
1. In a bread maker, add the ingredients in the following order. For the wet ingredients, water, orange juice, vegetable oil and for the dry ingredients, all purpose flour, whole wheat, old fashioned oats, salt, sugar, fresh orange zest, and dried cranberries.
2. Using a spatula move the flour to the corners of the bread maker and add the active dry yeast in the middle. Put the machine at a basic setting, which will bake the bread for 3 hours and 40 minutes.
3. Once done, remove the 1 and 1/2 pound bread from the bread maker and let it cool down completely on the racks.

SERVING
4. Slice the Orange breakfast loaf, into desired pieces and serve with coffee or tea for breakfast.
