Orange Brandy Sunshine Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 8 | |
| Cream of tartar | 3 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 3 Milliliter | |
| Granulated Sugar | 375 Milliliter | |
| Egg yolks | 5 | |
| 250 ml flour, all purpose | ||
| Water | 30 Milliliter | |
| 3 ml each of almond extract, lemon extract and white vanilla extract | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.
MAKING
2) Blend egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff.
3) Beat egg yolks with sugar until light and then slowly stir in flour alternating with water.
4) Stir in flavoring and then fold in egg whites.
5) Take an ungreased tube pan and spread the mixture.
6) Bake for 60 minutes, remove from oven, invert, and let it cool.
SERVING
7) Frost with orange brandy sauce and serve.
