Orange Blossom Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 slightly beaten egg | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons salad oil or melted shortening | ||
| 2 cups packaged biscuit mix | ||
| Orange marmalade | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients; add biscuit mix and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Stir in marmalade and pecans.
Grease muffin pans or line with paper bake cups; fill 2/3 full.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg; cut in butter till crumbly.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
