Orange Beets Recipe

1 can sliced beets, drained
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions
Turn beets into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl or 2 cup measure.
Cook in Ra darange oven 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once until thickened.
Add sauce to beets, mix well.
Cover; cook in oven 1 1/2 minutes.
