Orange Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds thick lean pork chops | ||
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 to 2 oranges, sliced thin | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Arrange meat in casserole.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour, and top with orange slices.
Pour orange juice over meat and oranges.
Cover.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
