Orange Apricot Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 8-ounce cartons orange yogurt | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apricot | 1 17 Ounce, unpeeled | |
| Pecans | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
In mixing bowl stir together yogurt and sugar till blended.
Cut up apricots.
Fold apricots and nuts into yogurt mixture.
Spoon into 8 to 10 paper bake-cup-lined muffin pans.
Cover and freeze till firm.
Peel off paper from salads.
