2 bunches watercress, stems removed
 
4 oranges, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
 
2 medium-size red onions
 
Vinaigrette

Directions

Arrange watercress on each salad plate.
Place the orange slices on the watercress.
Thinly slice one onion and finely chop the other one.
Sprinkle half the chopped onion on the orange slices; add the other chopped half to the vinaigrette.
Arrange the sliced onion over the orange and chopped onion.
Spoon dressing over each salad.
