Orange And Almond Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 300 Gram, trimmed | |
| 8 mushrooms, large, sliced | ||
| Gruyere cheese | 250 Milliliter, grated | |
| 250 ml red seedless grapes | ||
| 250 ml canned Mandarin orange sections, drained | ||
| Toasted almonds | 60 Milliliter | |
| Mayonnaise | 250 Milliliter | |
| 60 ml juice from orange sections | ||
| 60 ml orange juice concentrate | ||
| Cinnamon | 1 Milliliter | |
Directions
Tear the spinach into bite size pieces and place on chilled serving plates.
Top with mushrooms, cheese, grapes, orange sections and almonds.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, juices and cinnamon.
Serve with the salad, to the side.
