Ingredients

 Spinach300 Gram, trimmed
 8 mushrooms, large, sliced
 Gruyere cheese250 Milliliter, grated
 250 ml red seedless grapes
 250 ml canned Mandarin orange sections, drained
 Toasted almonds60 Milliliter
 Mayonnaise250 Milliliter
 60 ml juice from orange sections
 60 ml orange juice concentrate
 Cinnamon1 Milliliter

Directions

Tear the spinach into bite size pieces and place on chilled serving plates.
Top with mushrooms, cheese, grapes, orange sections and almonds.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, juices and cinnamon.
Serve with the salad, to the side.
