Ingredients

 
2 tangerines
 
1 orange
 
1/3 cup pineapple cubes
 
1 tsp granulated fructose
 
1 tsp Unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

With a sharp knife, section tangerines and orange.
Remove membranes and seeds.
Arrange fruit sections and pineapple cubes in layers in three dessert glasses, sprinkling each layer with small amount of fructose.
Top each dessert glass with one-third of the shredded coconut.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
