 Salt2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 Cups unsweetened orange juice
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Wild rice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 Cup long-grain rice, uncooked
 1/3 Cup canned mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
 Sliced almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine chicken broth, unsweetened orange juice, and salt in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Add wild rice and chopped onion to mixture in saucepan; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Add long-grain rice; cover and simmer an additional 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add oranges, almonds, parsley, and pepper to rice mixture in saucepan; stir well.
