Directions
Spread cheese and/or optionial variations in Foolproof Crust.
Lightly beat eggs and milk.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour into pie shell.
Distribute butter dots over top.
Bake in a preheated 375° oven 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
