Open-Grill Fish Recipe
This Open-Grill Fish recipe is one healthy, delicious way to cook your favorite seafood. Rich and flavorsome, this wonderful Open-Grill Fish is a must try for all seafood lovers!
Ingredients
Fish fillets or steaks - 2 pounds
Salt , Paprika
Melted butter - 1/3 cup
Tabasco - 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1) Cut the fish fillets into serving-size pieces or leave whole.
2) Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
3) Place on individual pieces of aluminum foil and bring up the foil sides.
4) In a bowl, make a mix of butter and Tabasco.
5) Add over the fish.
6) Wrap up the foil tightly.
7) Arrange foil parcels over the grill, keeping 4 inches away from the heat.
8) Grill for 8-10 minutes.
9) Alternately, you can also pan-fry the fish. Dip the fillets, steaks, or small whole fish into milk, evaporated milk or 1 egg beaten with two tablespoons water.
10) Sprinkle salt, then roll in flour or fine dry bread crumbs.
11) In a skillet, heat fat.
12) When hot (not smoking) add the fish.
13) Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
