Ingredients

 
tablespoons sugar
 
1 tablespoon cornstarch
 
1/8 teaspoon salt
 
3/4 cup fruit juice
 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
4 to 6 baked tart shells
 
1 pint fresh raspberries

Directions

Blend together in a saucepan sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in fruit juice and cook over low heat until thick and clear.
Cool.
Add lemon juice.
Fill tart shells with raspberries.
Pour fruit sauce over berries.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
