9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4-5 cooking apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Pour 1/2 cup cream over the top
Directions
Mix flour and sugar and spread over bottom of the pie shell.
Arrange peeled and sliced apples over this and cover with the following mixture.
Bake at 350F until pastry is baked and top golden brown.
Fresh peaches are also very nice used this way.
